Heather Zimmerman is local to Micronesia and currently living in Washington, D.C. She strives to be a transformative change agent through being creative and culturally responsive. Whether she is facilitating communication while interpreting, mentoring a new interpreter in the profession, or giving back to the deaf community through local and international service projects – her goal is to construct clarity and connections.

Russia, the Philippines, Guam, Tinian, Saipan, and the Marshall Islands.

• Prepares, plans and navigates logistics to and from sites to ensure punctuality and performance efficiency.
• Matches clients’ cultural-linguistic needs by monitoring and evaluating the clarity, quality, and accuracy of the interpretation.
