Later she received her master’s degree in International Law and World Order from the University of Reading in the UK and her bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Arabic from Brigham Young University....

Heidi, FAPR, RDR, RMR, CRR, CRC, has been a court reporter since 1978, and a broadcast and CART captioner since 1989. A former Director and past Secretary of GSRA, and former member of the Board of Court Reporting for the State of Georgia, she has served for many years on the faculty/training staff of the National Court Reporters Association....

Sarah works for Heidi Thomas providing scheduling and administrative support for Realtime Captioning Experts since July 2020.  She feels honored to assist a team working to ensure equity and access across multiple domains. She has worked in the social work field for about 15 years providing clinical and case management services in substance abuse, trauma, housing, family violence and foster care programs.
